This newsperson is part of three-person reporting team that works closely with the service’s editor and three graphic artists to devise both compelling articles and engaging charts,
tables and graphs. This person is responsible for spotting investment and economic trends to develop stories. This person also contributes to Money & Markets' new weekend service and writes informational mini-stories to explain data about commodities, interest rates, foreign exchange,mutual funds and the day’s trading.

The Associated Press seeks an aggressive reporter to cover government
corruption and immigration issues from Trenton, N.J.
After orientation to AP operations in the state, this person would be part of the team covering corruption, immigration and other top news in the region through accurate, aggressive and thorough reporting, strong and compelling writing and precise editing.
In the past five years, more than 100 New Jersey elected officials have
been convicted of betraying the public’s trust, and AP is seeking a reporter to complement existing staffing on this beat. The successful candidate will excel at investigative and accountability journalism, and have a record of aggressive and successful source building and using documents and public records to break news.
This reporter also would devote time to delving into issues arising from immigration in New Jersey. As the nation's most ethnically and racially diverse state, New Jersey is dealing with a host of immigration issues ranging from health care, housing, law enforcement and education to
resident's responses to diverse communities.
